Relationship with all affected parties were of fundamental importance to Koppel A.W. long before the term corporate social responsibility was formally defined (1984).
First of all our responsibility is towards our customers who, by choosing our products and services, give meaning to our existence as a company. We thank them all.
We thank our suppliers: most or these are long-standing suppliers who have worked with us for decades. They are all from Europe, and we check them as a quality management system according to ISO 9001 since 1995. We know their sentiments of social responsibility as well.
Our employees and collaborators: the staff turnover has been very low for a very long time; most of them have grown with us, and we thank them for their dedication and competence. We are taking care of their safety first, that is why we are certifying our safety management system according to OHSAS 18001, goal which we achieved in the beginning of this 2014.
Our sentiment of responsibility is also towards the territory where we use to work.
First, through the certification of our environmental management system according to ISO 14001, which we, among the first in the lift field in Italy, have achieved some years ago.
Moreover, we take care of the social fabric of this area through some sponsorships, since many years, to sectors of sport, culture and volunteering.
